Molder / Core Maker – 2nd Shift
- Base Pay: $26.07/hour
- 2nd Shift Premium: Additional $1.25/hour
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
- Location: Manitowoc, WI

At Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry (WAF), we do more than work with sand. We help build the foundation for aluminum castings used in products and industries across the country. Every casting starts somewhere, and that's where our Molders and Core Makers come in!
We're looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our 2nd Shift Molding and Core team . If you enjoy hands-on work, operating machinery, and seeing the results of what you help create, this could be the opportunity for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operate molding and core-making equipment to prepare molds and cores used in aluminum casting.
- Set up, inspect, and clean molds, patterns, and equipment.
- Read and follow work instructions to meet production and quality standards.
- Use hand tools and other production equipment to complete daily tasks.
