About this role

About Brand Health Tracking

At Ipsos, our Brand Health Tracking team helps some of Canada's leading brands understand how they are performing in market, diagnose what's driving growth, and identify opportunities to strengthen their connection with consumers.

We go beyond measurement to uncover the "why" behind brand performance, helping clients make smarter decisions across branding, communications, innovation, customer experience, and business strategy. Our work sits at the intersection of consumer psychology, brand strategy, advertising effectiveness, and commercial success.

In addition to managing best-in-class brand health tracking programs, we frequently partner with colleagues across Ipsos, including our Creative Excellence team, to help clients evaluate advertising and communications, understand the impact of their marketing investments, and optimize creative performance.

As part of a collaborative and high-performing team, you'll work with experienced researchers and consultants who are passionate about helping clients build stronger brands and make more confident business decisions.

What Makes This Role Important at Ipsos?

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, helping them understand the equity of their brands and translate consumer insight into meaningful business action.

You will lead complex brand tracking programs from design through delivery, uncovering the insights that help marketers understand brand performance, identify growth opportunities, and evaluate the impact of marketing and communications efforts. You'll work directly with client stakeholders, developing strong relationships and providing strategic recommendations that influence brand, communications, and business decisions.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work across a broad range of industries and business challenges, partnering with marketers, insights leaders, and agency teams to understand consumer perceptions, advertising effectiveness, and drivers of brand growth.

Beyond brand tracking, you'll have opportunities to collaborate with Ipsos' Creative Excellence and broader Brand Health teams on advertising and communications effectiveness projects, expanding your expertise and exposure to a wider range of marketing challenges.

As a senior member of the team, you'll also play an important role in coaching and developing junior researchers while continuing to grow your own consulting, storytelling, and client leadership capabilities.
