What You'll Do
- Partner with leaders to develop recruiting strategies and fill open positions.
- Create and manage job postings, sourcing campaigns, and talent pipelines.
- Represent Deaconess at career fairs, community events, educational programs and institutions , and networking opportunities.
- Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
- Extend offers, coordinate pre-employment requirements, and support onboarding activities.
- Train and advise managers on recruiting best practices, employment law, and HR policies.
- Build relationships with universities, workforce partners, and community organizations.
- Analyze recruiting trends and recommend process improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
- Knowledge of employment practices and applicable employment laws.
- 3 or more years in a recruiting role , staffing, sales, business development, or related experience.
