emergiTEL is hiring a Print Production Level 1 . This is a Contract role.
Location: Halifax, NS
Pay: $19.07/hour
Duration: 12 months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Description (English)

- Operate digital print equipment.

- Operate mail inserters and standard finishing equipment, including paper cutters, bindery equipment, laminators, and drills.

- Perform basic quality inspections before, during, and after each production run.

- Wrap, pack, label, and ship finished products.

- Troubleshoot and resolve basic production issues to meet output and delivery requirements.

- Lift and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds.

- Stand and remain on your feet for up to 80% of the workday.

- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

- Maintain patience and attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.

Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe applications, and other relevant software.

Experience

- Previous print production experience is considered an asset.

Education

- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Post-secondary technology training or relevant experience preferred.

- Education verification required.

Security Clearance

- May be required depending on client and project requirements.
