Caring Senior Service is now hiring compassionate, dependable, and dedicated In-Home Caregivers! We are looking for individuals who have a genuine passion for helping others and want to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors throughout Stockdale, La Vernia, and surrounding Wilson County communities.

As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll provide essential non-medical assistance, companionship, and personalized support to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Caregiver Responsibilities

As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll assist clients with their everyday needs while promoting their comfort, dignity, and independence.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Performing light housekeeping duties
- Preparing meals and assisting with meal routines
- Providing medication reminders
- Helping with mobility and safe transfers
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Running errands and assisting with appointments
- Observing and reporting changes in client condition
- Maintaining a safe and respectful home environment

Every client has unique needs, and your compassionate care will help improve their quality of life while allowing them to remain in the comfort of their own homes.

Requirements

We are looking for responsible, compassionate individuals who are committed to providing reliable and respectful care.

Qualified applicants should have:

- A caring, patient, and dependable personality
- Reliable transportation to client locations
- A valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Ability to successfully pass required background checks
- Ability to follow individualized care plans
- Previous caregiving, home care, senior care, CNA, or personal care experience preferred but not always required
