- Promote knowledge sharing through lessons-learned sessions and continuous improvement initiatives across global teams.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

- Strong problem-solving capability and strategic thinking.

- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing setting with regular on-site presence.

How Success Is Measured

- On-time, on-budget delivery of project milestones aligned with strategic goals.

- Effective collaboration and leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

- Reduction in project risks, rework, and operational inefficiencies.

Alstom, A Great Place to Grow

- Work with cutting-edge rail technologies driving the future of mobility.

- Contribute to global impact projects from a dynamic local hub.

- Advance your career through continuous learning and leadership development programs.

Here, progress isn't always easy but the impact is real. Because the scale is massive, the tasks are complex when the system runs, the train moves, and the city connects that feeling stays with you. And the legacy lasts.
