Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and caring CNA, HCA, or Caregiver to provide personalized in-home care for a client in Seattle, Washington.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in helping others maintain their comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.

SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Part-time position
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Consistent weekday daytime schedule
- Other shifts may also be available
COMPENSATION
$21.00–$23.00 per hour , depending on experience and assignment.
JOB SUMMARY
As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support with daily living activities while creating a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for the client. You will work independently while following the client's care plan and communicating with the family and care team as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with personal care, hygiene, bathing, and dressing as needed.
- Support safe ambulation and mobility inside and outside the home.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements.
- Provide medication reminders as directed.
- Assist with prescribed exercises and recommended activities.
- Provide companionship and engage the client in meaningful activities.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Assist with daily routines and activities.
- Observe and report changes in the client's condition or behavior.
- Communicate effectively with the client, family, and care team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and unusual situations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current, active Washington State CNA or HCA credential, as applicable to the position.
- Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association, as required.
- Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable approach to caregiving.
- Ability to work independently and follow established care plans.
- Basic housekeeping and meal preparation skills.
- Strong communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform the physical duties required for caregiving.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Successful completion of a background check and reference verification.
No driver's license or personal vehicle is required for this position.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $21.00–$23.00 per hour.
- Consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule.
- Part-time position with approximately 20 hours per week.
