Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care | Bellevue, WA

POSITION DETAILS
- Location: Bellevue, WA
- Schedule: Daily, 7 days a week
- Hours: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
- Position: Part-time
- Pay: $21.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience and assignment
- Driver required: Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a caregiver, you'll help the client maintain independence, comfort, and quality of life through compassionate, personalized care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with personal care, bathing, dressing, and hygiene as needed.
- Supporting safe mobility and ambulation.
- Driving the client to medical appointments, errands, shopping, and other activities.
- Helping the client safely enter and exit the vehicle.
- Preparing meals and providing support with daily routines.
- Providing medication reminders as directed.
- Assisting with prescribed exercises and activities.
- Offering companionship and meaningful engagement.
- Performing light housekeeping and keeping the home safe and comfortable.
- Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition.
- Communicating with the family and care team as needed.
- Following the client's care plan and responding appropriately to emergencies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current Washington State CNA or HCA credential, as applicable to the position.
- Current American Heart Association CPR certification, as required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
- Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable attitude.
- Ability to work independently and follow care instructions.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Basic meal preparation and housekeeping abilities.
- Ability to perform the physical duties required for caregiving.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Successful completion of a background check and reference verification.
