Perfect Choice Home Solutions is looking for experienced, dependable roofing installation subcontractors to partner with our growing home improvement company in Central Illinois. We are seeking established roofing businesses and professional crews that take pride in quality workmanship, reliable service, and customer satisfaction.

This opportunity is for independent subcontractors only — this is NOT a W-2 employment position. We are looking to establish long-term working relationships with qualified roofing contractors who can deliver quality residential roofing installations.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience installing residential roofing systems.
- An established roofing business or experienced installation crew.
- Your own vehicle, tools, equipment, and crew.
- Ability to complete tear-offs and new roof installations, as required by the project.
- Experience with asphalt shingles and related roofing materials preferred.
- Knowledge of proper flashing, underlayment, ventilation, and roofing installation practices.
- Commitment to job-site safety, workmanship standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to complete projects according to agreed-upon schedules.
- Professional communication and respect for homeowners' properties.
- References or examples of previous roofing projects preferred.

Insurance and Business Requirements

- Your own General Liability insurance.
- Workers' Compensation coverage, as applicable and required by law.
- Valid business registration and any applicable licenses or registrations required for your work.
- Reliable transportation and the necessary tools and equipment to perform roofing installations.
- Ability to provide proof of insurance and business credentials upon request.

Independent Contractor Opportunity

This is a subcontracting opportunity, not a traditional employment position. Subcontractors are responsible for their own business operations, crew, tools, transportation, insurance, and applicable taxes.

Project scope, materials responsibilities, compensation, scheduling, workmanship expectations, and payment terms will be established through a written subcontractor agreement.
