About the role
NewWorld studios runs several original shows at once, each with its own Producer and team. You're the person who sees all of them at once, giving the studio one clear, current view of where every show stands and what it needs next.
You track every show on the slate, from development through production, release, and reporting. You keep schedules, milestones, and dependencies current, spot problems early, and make sure the right people know in time to act. When shows compete for the same people, budget, or time, you lay out the trade-off and the options, and the Executive Producer, Studios makes the call.
You also run the studio’s rhythm: slate review prep, status reporting, production calendars, and the trackers every show works from. You work hand in hand with the Executive Producer, who owns budgets, Producers, and production decisions. You keep the Head of Studio and the Chief Creative Officer close to where every show stands, creatively and operationally, and you work day to day with each show’s Producer and Showrunner.
