About this role
Description
At Lusha, we're building for builders. We build fast and AI-first, so we look for builders. By a builder, we mean someone who turns "maybe" into "done".
We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our squad and work on one of Lusha's core products, used by thousands of users across a large number of accounts, from enterprise companies to very small businesses. The role covers backend infrastructure as well as a significant frontend.
Our group works deep inside data, beyond the classic full-stack and backend worlds. A large part of the group's responsibility involves data. There are no domain boundaries here: you'll work on a wide range of tasks and technologies.
This role is based in Tel Aviv. We work in a hybrid model, with 3 days a week in the office.
This might be for you if:
- You don't just take tasks. You look at the product, care about it, and suggest how to improve it
- When you get a task, you talk to everyone you need to and own it end to end
- You care about what happens after deployment: how users use what you built, how it's monitored, and what worked or didn't
- You work agent-first: you run multiple AI models in parallel while staying hands-on and proactive
- You've built or improved AI tools for your team that made real processes more efficient, beyond code review
- You enjoy meeting users and making an impact on a large user base
Requirements
- 4+ years of Full-Stack experience: You build and ship end-to-end features for production UIs, not just backend APIs.
- TypeScript & React Expert: Deep proficiency in TS on both client and server. Strong hands-on experience with modern React and state management (e.g., TanStack Query, Zustand).
- AI-Native Engineering: You build software "agent-first." You leverage tools like Claude Code or Cursor daily, going beyond basic prompting to build MCP integrations, custom skills, and AI-driven workflows that multiply team velocity.
- Backend & API Architecture: Solid experience with Node.js (NestJS preferred) for building scalable microservices and robust APIs.
- Data & Databases: Deep understanding of SQL and PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization at scale.
- True Production Ownership: You deploy your own code and actively use logs, monitoring, and product analytics to ensure system health and user success.
Nice to have
- Building AI product interfaces, such as streaming chat UIs or rendering agent output
- Micro-frontends, or building and publishing shared R versioning)
- Databricks / Spark, or other large-scale data pipelines
- Temporal or other workflow orchestration
- Kafka in production: partitioning, consumer groups, replays
- Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD
- Observability and analytics tools such as Coralogix and Amplitude
