一、岗位职责
AI 工具应用与效能提升 围绕公司战略同享项目，运用大语言模型、AI 内容生成等主流工具，搭建 AI 运营辅助体系，实现重复性工作智能化，提升运营效率。 运营协同与活动推广 配合完成项目核心运营任务，创新 AI 运营模式；负责活动全流程运营（策划、投放、执行、复盘），管控推广节奏与节点，经营社群、新媒体、合作渠道等推广阵地，做好用户沉淀；协助管理运营团队，分配任务、把控进度。 AI 场景落地与优化 挖掘 AI 在项目运营中的应用机会，完成 Prompt 设计与优化，推动 AI 在各运营模块落地，通过测试迭代提升适配度。 数据驱动优化 跟踪 AI 工具应用效果，运用 AI 分析用户与运营数据，驱动运营策略及 AI 应用升级，助力项目达成核心目标。 行业趋势追踪 关注 AI 前沿动态及同类战略项目运营经验，挖掘创新点，推动项目运营智能化升级。
二、岗位要求
（一）核心 AI 能力
- 熟练使用至少 1 类主流大语言模型及 AI 运营工具，能独立完成 Prompt 设计与优化
- 了解 AI 基础原理与应用边界，具备 AI 场景挖掘与落地能力
- 能运用 AI 完成用户分析与数据拆解，提炼优化建议
（二）运营与活动推广能力
- 1-3 年运营经验（用户 / 内容 / 增长运营优先），有公司级战略项目运营落地经验
- 具备优秀的活动推广能力，精通节奏控制与节点把控，擅长经营各类推广阵地，能独立负责活动全流程，善用 AI 优化物料与触达效率
- 具备基础团队管理能力，能合理分配任务、协调团队；有用户洞察与流程优化能力，能打造人机协同运营闭环
（三）通用要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、市场营销等相关专业优先
- 对 AI 有浓厚兴趣，学习能力强，逻辑清晰，问题解决能力强
- 沟通协作与文字表达能力佳，能跨部门推进项目
- 结果导向，抗压性强，具备创新意识
（四）加分项
- 有 Prompt 工程、RPA 自动化、AI 智能体运营相关经验
- 具备基础数据处理能力（Excel 高阶、SQL 基础）
- 有 AI 运营、活动推广、团队管理或战略项目成功案例（附数据）
- 具备 AI 相关认证
