Reporting to: Production Planning and NPD Manager

Production Planning Associate (Temporary)

What You'll Do:

- Develop and optimize short-, mid-, and long-term production plans using SAP/IBP, ensuring service level, capacity feasibility, and efficient line utilization.

- Create detailed daily and weekly production schedules, considering machine capacity, changeovers, resource availability, and operational constraints.

- Monitor material availability and coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Global MRP teams to address shortages, delays, and planning exceptions.

- Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to support schedule execution, issue resolution, and changing business requirements.

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental requirements by following safe work practices, reporting incidents and hazards, and participating in required trainings.

- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the manager.

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Planning, Engineering, Quality, or a related function; cross-functional experience is an advantage.

- Proficient in SAP ERP, SAP IBP, SAP Fiori, and Microsoft Excel.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.

- Good understanding of supply chain, production planning, and operational processes.

- Basic technical knowledge of manufacturing operations; experience in cigarette production is an advantage.

- FMCG background is an advantage
