Summary
Handle flight ticketing and reservations, hotel bookings, travel packages, and other travel-related services while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Book and issue airline tickets.
Handle hotel reservations, holiday packages, and travel arrangements.
Assist clients with visa requirements and travel-related services.
Manage ticket changes, cancellation, and refunds.
Provide quotations and recommend suitable travel options.
Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry OR a degree/certificate in Tourism.
Knowledge of Amadeus is an advantage.
Good command of English and Arabic.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good computer skills and attention to detail.
