About this role
Job Req Number: 130630
Time Type: Full Time
At DSV, we keep global trade moving. Every day, our people connect businesses, customers and markets through reliable logistics solutions and operational excellence.
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Order-to-Cash Process Governance to join Group Finance Transformation. In this strategically important leadership role, you will help shape the future of one of DSV's core business processes, ensuring it continues to support growth, efficiency and operational excellence across our global organisation.
This role is about leadership, governance and transformation. You will lead a team of experienced process professionals while working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Commercial functions and IT to drive alignment, prioritisation and sustainable business outcomes at scale.
Lead the strategic development of Order-to-Cash
As Senior Manager, Order-to-Cash Process Governance, you will own the strategy, governance framework and long-term roadmap for the Order-to-Cash process. You will focus on strengthening end-to-end process performance, driving continuous improvement and ensuring that process decisions support DSV's broader business objectives.
You will play a key role in bringing together multiple perspectives, balancing competing priorities and helping senior stakeholders navigate complex business decisions. Success in this role requires the ability to combine strategic thinking with strong execution and collaboration.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Defining and driving the global Order-to-Cash strategy, governance framework and operating model
• Driving standardisation, simplification, automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Establishing clear process ownership, accountability and performance measures
• Leading transformation programmes and ensuring sustainable business value delivery
• Supporting executive and governance forums with clear recommendations and decision-making material
• Building alignment across functions and stakeholder groups while maintaining focus on enterprise priorities
• Leading, coaching and developing a team of Process Owners and Process Specialists based in other locations
• Managing risks, controls and compliance requirements within the process area
• Shaping the future roadmap for Order-to-Cash in partnership with business and technology stakeholders
A leader who builds trust and creates direction
This role requires a leader who is comfortable operating in a complex global environment, where competing demands and perspectives are a natural part of driving change.
You are able to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, facilitate constructive discussions and create alignment across diverse interests. You bring clarity to complex challenges, provide well-founded recommendations and help drive decisions that support the long-term needs of the organisation.
You lead through influence, credibility and strong relationships. At the same time, you remain focused and resilient when navigating change, ambiguity and shifting business priorities.
Most importantly, you enjoy working with people. You create an environment where teams can perform, develop and succeed together while maintaining a strong focus on collaboration and shared outcomes.
What you bring
We imagine that you have:
• Extensive experience within Order-to-Cash, Finance Transformation, Process Governance or a similar business transformation environment
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and governance in a complex international organisation
• Experience leading large-scale transformation, operating model or process improvement initiatives
• Proven people leadership experience and a passion for developing high-performing teams
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple organisational levels
• Experience working with executive stakeholders, governance bodies and cross-functional teams
• The ability to translate strategic objectives into practical roadmaps, priorities and measurable outcomes
• A structured and resilient approach to managing complexity, change and competing priorities
• A background within finance, accounting, business transformation, shared services or process excellence
Experience with SAP S/4HANA (SD and FI modules amongst others) and Order-to-Cash processes is important, but this is primarily a business leadership and governance role focused on driving enterprise-wide outcomes rather than technical solution ownership.
Why join DSV?
At DSV, you will join a global organisation where you can make a tangible impact on how we work and grow. You will be part of a highly international environment and collaborate with leaders and specialists across functions, countries and divisions.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a core business process and contribute directly to DSV's ongoing transformation journey.
Want to join us?
If you are ready to combine strategic leadership, process excellence and people development in a truly global role, we would like to hear from you.
Please upload your CV and include a few lines describing your motivation for the role. There is no need to submit a traditional cover letter.
