As part of this journey, Group Finance is strengthening Finance Business Change Management (FBCM), a key capability within Finance Transformation that helps deliver SAP ERP implementation projects and finance standardisation programmes across our global organisation.

We lead the finance business side of SAP ERP project execution, helping ensure that new solutions, processes and ways of working are successfully implemented and adopted across the business. Working closely with IT, Finance and operational stakeholders, we combine deep solution knowledge with a strong understanding of finance processes and project delivery.
We are now looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Business Change Management Lead to join our regional Solution delivery team America and play a key role in delivering Finance transformation and rollout projects across DSV globally.

Lead the business side of SAP Finance transformation
This is a hands-on project leadership role.
Approximately 85% of your time will be dedicated to leading business-side execution within Finance transformation and rollout projects. You will provide operational leadership to Finance Business Change Management resources assigned to your projects and ensure high-quality execution throughout the implementation lifecycle.
You will act as the link between Finance, IT and project stakeholders, driving alignment, transparency and progress from initial scope clarification and requirements through testing, business readiness, cut-over, go-live and stabilisation.
Working within formal project governance, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers, IT Delivery Leads, Global Process Owners, Business Architects, Master Data specialists, Change Managers and regional Finance teams.

Your key responsibilities
As SAP Finance Transformation Business Change Manager Lead, you will:
• Lead business-side execution across Finance transformation and rollout projects
• Drive scope clarification, fit-gap analysis, testing, business readiness and cut-over activities
• Facilitate successful transition into operations and stabilisation following go-live
• Provide operational leadership and coordination of Finance BCM project resources
• Act as the primary Finance BCM representative towards project stakeholders
• Support Project Managers with planning, estimation and delivery execution based on your solution and implementation knowledge
• Create transparency and alignment across Finance, IT, regional stakeholders and external partners
• Ensure project execution follows established methods, standards and work products
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Finance BCM methodologies, templates and ways of working
• Support the resolution of business-related change requests and incidents where relevant

What we're looking for
You have extensive experience leading Finance transformation initiatives and understand what it takes to deliver complex SAP programmes in a global environment.
You are comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels. You know how to challenge stakeholders constructively, create clarity in complex situations and drive execution while maintaining strong collaboration across multiple functions.
We imagine that you bring:
• Proven experience leading business-side execution in SAP Finance transformation or rollout projects
• Hands-on SAP implementation experience working closely with IT delivery teams, Global Process Owners and Master Data organisations
• Strong understanding of SAP Finance processes, ideally across FI, CO and related integrations including MM, SD and master data
• Experience with testing, business readiness, cut-over and post-go-live stabilisation
• Knowledge of SAP delivery methodologies, including SAP Activate
• Experience navigating complex stakeholder landscapes across Finance, IT and operations
• A master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information Management, IT or a related field
• Experience from operational Finance, ERP transformation or large global organisations
