Job Title: SAP QA Test Lead Company: Ascendion Location: Pune Job Summary: Ascendion is looking for an experienced SAP QA Test Lead with strong expertise in SAP FICA (Financial Contract Accounting) to lead testing activities, ensure quality delivery, and drive end-to-end testing for SAP implementations and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead test planning, test strategy, test case design, and execution for SAP FICA.
- Validate FICA processes, including invoicing, payments, dunning, collections, and account reconciliation.
- Manage functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
- Coordinate with SAP functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to resolve defects.
- Track test progress, manage defect lifecycle, and prepare test status reports.
- Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of testing milestones.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICA testing.
- Experience leading QA teams and managing end-to-end testing cycles.
- Good understanding of SAP FI-CA business processes and integration with other SAP modules.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred: Experience in SAP IS-U or Utilities domain is an added advantage.
