What You'll Do
• To provide actionable options to maximize the winning presence of the SPBT product portfolio in stores with minimum cost.
• Manage vendors to ensure reliable service delivery to stores.
• To Secure excellence in sales field execution for SPM and SMT across Modern Trade (MT) customers (Tops, Gourmet Market, Foodland, Villa, Golden Place, Donki, and UFM Fuji Super).
• To Coordinate with the Key Account and Trade Marketing teams to ensure full compliance with brand equities, maximize brand visibility, and enable direct communication with shoppers at the point of purchase.
• To Manage merchandise teams accountable to ensure execution excellence.
• To Monitor and minimize out-of-stock (%OOS) rates across all stores.
• Drive and maximize Share of Shelf (SOS) and Share of Display (SOD) to outperform competitors across target stores.
• Establish and maintain Perfect Store standards
• Drive speed-to-market of New Product Development (NPD) items in retail stores according to targets.
• Analyze, prepare, and manage key performance reports to support business decision-making
What's in it for you

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• 3-5 years’ experience in related field
• Experience selling FMCG or consumer related products
