Assistant Manager EHS- Field Operations

- Provide day-to-day EHS support to Service Operations, Projects, and Field Service teams across the South Region.
- Conduct regular field visits to customer sites, retail fuel stations, project locations, and service activities.
- Coach and mentor frontline personnel to strengthen hazard awareness, risk ownership, and safety leadership.
- Support operational leaders in integrating EHS requirements into daily work activities.
- Promote a proactive EHS culture through visible field presence and employee engagement.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environment, Industrial Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of EHS experience supporting field operations, service organizations, construction, petroleum, industrial, or energy sectors.
- Experience working with geographically dispersed field teams.
- Strong knowledge of: Risk Assessment and Hazard Identification
- Incident Investigation
- Contractor Management
- Permit to Work Systems
- Electrical Safety
- Road Safety and Journey Management
- Emergency Preparedness and Response

- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and EHS reporting systems.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout South India.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate.
- Diploma / Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety.
- ISO 45001 Internal or Lead Auditor qualification.
- Experience within petroleum retail, fueling systems, field service, or maintenance operations.
- Technical trade qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation disciplines.
- Experience working within multinational organizations and global EHS management systems.
