About this role

Paid Social Executive

Overall Purpose of the role:

As Account Executive you’re responsible for supporting Paid Social Managers and the Paid Social Director, in the delivery of successful campaigns for our clients.

You have a passion for Social Media. You love to keep up to date with the latest trends, new formats and have an acute eye for detail (you notice when your social feed changes and are curious about how Social Media is evolving and influencing people’s buying decisions).

You will be bringing media plans to life by activating them within a variety of Paid Social Ads Managers (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit etc…). This may also include activating partnerships we have secured with influencers/content creators via Ripple (our Social Influence arm) to amplify the reach and impact of their content. You will have ownership of budget pacing live activity, support in checking actual media KPI delivery vs. planned, escalating any concerns to your line manager/the Paid Social Director accordingly and reporting performance to our clients.

You enjoy communicating with clients and are able to manage deadlines to ensure activity can launch on time, when within our control e.g. notifying of creative deadlines and proactively reminding when these are creeping up if assets haven’t yet been received.

Additionally, and most importantly, we want your ideas! Everyone’s contributions are welcome when it comes to planning campaigns for our clients, or proactively suggesting new possibilities for them.

Essential Skills & Experience:

- Min 1 year experience activating within Paid Social ads platforms (Meta Ads and TikTok Ads are essential).
- Experience working with an e-commerce/online retail client.
- Campaign builds and management of conversion campaigns, including catalog/sales/Advantage+ ads.
- Ability to create product sets from a product catalog/feed.
- Knowledge of how standard/custom events are built against web pixels for use within conversion/sales led campaigns.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (ability to use Pivot tables is a bonus).
- Analytical. You’re able to accurately report on data performance and provide actionable recommendations to help achieve media KPIs.
- Budget pacing of live activity vs. planned spend.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines set.

Ideal additional skills and attributes:

- Experience building, activating and managing paid social campaigns within Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, X and LinkedIn.
- Understanding of CAPI (conversion API) vs. web pixels and supporting in communicating to clients how they can implement this.
- Financial management experience in Prisma (MediaOcean) for booking approved media activity for the purpose of invoicing and reconciling spend.
- Campaign builds and activations across other media objectives such as reach and traffic (in addition to conversion campaigns as detailed above).
