At Bicycle Ripple, our Senior Creator & Talent Manager will sit at the heart of our creator offering, bringing specialist expertise, strong industry relationships and brilliant execution to the work we deliver for clients.
You’ll lead creator, talent and partnership delivery across campaigns, owning everything from casting and outreach through to negotiation, contracting, briefing, content delivery, approvals, amplification and reporting.
You’ll work across the full spectrum, from emerging social-first creators and influencers through to established talent, celebrities, ambassadors and longer-term brand partnerships, helping us identify the right people and opportunities for our clients.
Working closely with our Managing Partner and Senior Social & Influencer Account Manager, you’ll bring creator and talent expertise into our thinking from the outset and take ownership of making those ideas happen brilliantly.
As Ripple grows, you’ll also play an important role in strengthening our creator capability, industry relationships, processes and team expertise.
