Change Management Consultant / Copilot

<b>Overview</b><br><div><p>The role requires knowledge of Change Management and Adoption approaches/models, Program Management skills, ability to win customers over and guide change teams and champions at customers to enable succesful and sustainable usage of the Microsoft Copilot and Agentic platform.</p><p> A certain level of technical depth across Microsoft AI solutions, understanding of the competitive landscape, strong consulting skills and executive level engagement experience. We are looking for an Agentic AI (Copilot) Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), specializing in AI solutions, who is passionate about driving our customers’ AI transformation journey with M365 Copilot and Agents. This is a customer-facing role that serves as a strategic trusted advisor and technical subject matter expert, accelerating AI adoption and change management by creating business value and ROI. </p></div><div><p>The role blends a certain level of technical expertise and strong Change Management and Adoption experience with business acumen, influencing customer strategy, driving usage and consumption, and shaping enterprise‑ready solutions that deliver tangible outcomes. You identify and anticipate issues and advise customers/partners to operate and optimize performance in accordance with Microsoft best practices. </span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Understand industry trends and the competitor's architecture solutions and identify Microsoft's strengths over competitive solutions to drive conversations with customers/partners and convince them of the solution.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Generate new ideas for changes and improvements to existing intellectual property (IP), technologies, and processes for designated customers/partners.
