As part of the Cloud + AI Infrastructure team, you’ll deliver engagements focused on data and app modernization, AI-Ready operational excellence and resilient architecture using frameworks like Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) and Well-Architected Framework (WAF). You’ll leverage, Agents, existing Frameworks, Repeatable IP and execution engines for critical milestones, ensure application, database, and platform readiness for AI workloads, and ensure successful deployment that accelerates adoption. You’ll work closely with customer IT leaders to design and implement scalable solutions, resolve blockers, and accelerate adoption of Azure services through repeatable IP and delivery excellence. With deep expertise across Azure applications, databases, SAP, and hybrid environments, you’ll play a key role in helping customers unlock the full value of their Microsoft Azure investments.  </div><div><div> </div><div>Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.</div></div><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">•    Build trusted relationships with customer IT and technical decision makers to understand modernization priorities, remove blockers, and serve as the Voice of the Customer with Microsoft engineering and product teams.</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">•    Lead architecture design sessions for secure, scalable, resilient modernization solutions across applications, databases, and infrastructure, using Microsoft best practices such as CAF, WAF, landing zones, and resiliency guidance.</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">•    Contribute to end-to-end technical delivery results by partnering with CSAMs and account teams to ensure consumption plans, customer success plans, and committed milestones are technically sound and aligned to customer priorities.</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">•    Drive modernization and AI Readiness initiatives across app modernization, database modernization, infrastructure, SAP, hybrid, and agents scenarios, including committed proof-of-concept, pilot, and production milestones.</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">•    Help customers improve workload health, resiliency, sovereignty, security, capacity, and performance so mission-critical environments are ready for production-scale AI and long-term Azure growth.</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">•    Use agents, repeatable IP, templates, and frameworks in delivery; contribute learnings and improvements that help scale repeatable modernization outcomes across Factory and Unified engagements.</span><br><span style="font-size: 12pt;">•    Identify and resolve technical blockers, support delivery oversight, and escalate risks across key Factory and Unified modernization engagements to accelerate go-live and improve customer outcomes.</span></p><br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><h5>Required Qualifications</h5><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND experience in application modernization, database modernization, networking, resiliency, and AI-ready platform technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting</li><li>Fluency or business level English language skills</li></ul><h5>Preferred qualifications</h5><div><ul><li>Experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).</li><li>Experience working on technical projects.</li><li>Technical Certification in Cloud or related technical domains, such as Azure, networking, security, application modernization, database modernization, infrastructure, or AI-enabled development technologies.</li><li>Fluency or business level French or Dutch language skills </li></ul></div> <br><br><p>Cloud Solution Architecture IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Belgium is € 55,400.00 - € 93,700.00 per year.
