About this role
Insignis is a growing FinTech company focused on empowering the cash savings market to maximise returns, diversify risk and provide security. We are expanding, making this a great opportunity for someone who wants to have a direct impact on our journey and to develop their career as the business evolves. You will join a team where your ideas are welcomed and valued.
We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Delivery Manager to lead delivery across Insignis’ product function. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this role owns how work moves from roadmap to release across our product teams, ensuring delivery plans are realistic, dependencies and risks are managed, and value is delivered predictably. You will be the person who makes delivery happen – bringing rigour to planning, transparency to progress, and confidence to the ExCo that what has been promised will be shipped.
You will not line-manage product managers, nor will you set product strategy. Instead, you will lead the delivery discipline that enables product and engineering teams to ship well: delivery planning, release management, cross-team dependency and risk management, delivery reporting, and the agile ways of working and tooling that hold it all together. Working closely with the CPO, you will provide senior leadership oversight across the product portfolio, ensuring key company-wide initiatives are delivered with the required level of ExCo oversight.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the product roadmap, working with individual product and engineering teams to turn priorities into realistic, sequenced delivery plans aligned to Insignis’ strategic objectives.
- Partner closely with the CPO to provide senior leadership oversight across the product portfolio – maintaining a single view of delivery health, investment and risk, escalating issues early and supporting portfolio-level prioritisation decisions.
- Oversee key cross-functional delivery projects, leading multiple teams to deliver against agreed milestones and keeping scope, timelines and stakeholders aligned from initiation through to launch.
- Run the delivery cadence – quarterly planning, release planning, sprint-level delivery tracking and retrospectives – and hold teams accountable to the commitments made.
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks and issues before they become blockers, working with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Compliance to keep delivery on track.
- Produce clear, honest delivery reporting for the CPO and ExCo, including RAG status, delivery forecasts, slippage analysis and recommendations for reprioritisation where trade-offs are needed.
- Own the delivery tooling (Jira) and agile ways of working, ensuring teams have the frameworks, metrics and templates they need without being burdened by them.
- Own release and launch management across teams, ensuring release readiness, go-to-market readiness, internal enablement and post-launch measurement are joined up.
- Lead the continuous improvement of product delivery at Insignis – coaching teams on agile practice, refining processes, removing friction and raising delivery predictability as we scale.
Requirements
- 6+ years in product or software delivery management, programme management or agile delivery leadership, including leading cross-functional projects across multiple teams to deliver against milestones.
- Proven ability to lead delivery across a multi-team product function – planning, prioritisation, dependency and risk management, release management and delivery reporting.
- Experience working alongside senior product or technology leaders to provide portfolio-level oversight, governance and decision support.
- Exceptional stakeholder management: you can hold senior people to their commitments without owning them, and you build trust with PMs, engineers, designers and business stakeholders alike.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and bringing structure where none exists. You spot the process gap before others do and fix it.
- Data-literate and outcome-focused: you use delivery metrics such as cycle time, throughput and predictability to measure delivery health and drive improvement.
- Deep expertise in agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban and scaled approaches) and delivery tooling such as Jira.
- Excellent written and verbal communication – you can distil complex delivery status into a clear ExCo-ready narrative.
- You are a self-starter, highly organised, and comfortable operating at pace in a scaling business.
Nice to have
- Experience in FinTech, or another regulated financial services environment.
- Experience working in a scale-up where the product function has grown from a handful of PMs to a multi-team organisation.
- Experience establishing or maturing a product delivery function within a business.
- Agile or delivery certification (e.g. PSM, SAFe or APM).

- Competitive compensation
- 25 days holiday (exc. Bank holidays)
- Pension contributions
- Private medical insurance
- Employee health and wellness discounts

Working pattern
We work a hybrid pattern, with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday together in our London office, working remotely on Monday and Friday. Our three office days are a core part of how we work.
We believe our best work happens when we have meaningful time together: collaborating across teams, sharing ideas, learning from one another and building strong relationships. The balance gives you the benefits of focused remote working while keeping the energy, connection and pace that come from working side by side.
