Maintenance Technician | 1st Shift | $30.00/hr | Cincinnati, OH
We are hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility in Cincinnati! This is a great opportunity for a hands-on technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, performing repairs, and keeping production running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Maintain and repair motors, pumps, conveyors, belts, and other mechanical systems.
- Diagnose equipment issues and minimize production downtime.
- Assist with equipment installations, adjustments, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.
Qualifications:
- Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
- Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
