Fabricator | Weekend Shift (3 12-hour Shifts) | 18/hr | West Chester, OH
Join a growing manufacturing team producing high-quality composite components used in demanding industrial and aerospace applications. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Fabricators to support hands-on production in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and fabricate parts according to work instructions and manufacturing plans.
- Use hand tools and power tools to finish and prepare components.
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow safety procedures and production guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Manufacturing, assembly, or fabrication experience is a plus; willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to learn new skills.
