This role requires you to be accountable for driving profitable, sustainable new-unit franchise growth and digital channel investment across the continent. Owns the financial case for growth investments, including site economics, development incentives, capex and ROI/ROIC, and presents recommendations to Investment Committee and Franchise Policy Committee. Leads capital budgeting, monthly forecasting and monthly reporting to Global, giving leadership accurate, timely insight to make informed investment decisions.
Qualifications:
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics
- Strong ability to communicate in oral and written forms
- Strong project management skills
- Change agent with creative thinking ability in driving value
- Ability to forge strong alliances with cross functional stakeholders
- Proven analytical and commercial skills
