ABOUT THE ROLE
Do you thrive on organization, coordination, and keeping complex projects moving? As a Traditional Marketing Project Coordinator at Maverick Studios, you'll play a critical role in supporting the execution of traditional marketing initiatives across multiple Inspire Brands.

From point-of-purchase materials and menu systems to packaging updates, photo shoots, promotional merchandising, and in-store marketing collateral, you'll help ensure projects are accurately built, tracked, routed, and delivered from intake through final production.

You'll partner closely with Project Managers, Account Managers, Creative teams, Proofreading, Brand Marketing partners, and external vendors to support the successful delivery of marketing assets that appear in restaurants across the country.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

- Traditional Marketing Intake Partner: Review incoming marketing requests (e.g., POP, packaging, menus, photo shoots, merchandising, print collateral, promotions, etc.) for completeness and accuracy before building in Workfront.
- Workfront Builder: Set up traditional marketing projects, align timelines, assign tasks, and track deliverables through completion.
- Production Coordinator: Support the execution of packaging, menu, POP, and marketing collateral projects by coordinating assets, approvals, specifications, and production requirements.
- Feedback Router: Capture and route feedback from Brand Marketing, Client Relations, Creative, Proofreading, and Production partners to ensure revisions are documented and communicated clearly.
- Asset Tracker: Maintain project documentation, version control, routing records, and asset libraries within Workfront, SharePoint, and other team systems.
- Photo Shoot Support Partner: Assist with planning and coordination activities for photo shoots, including project setup, timelines, asset collection, deliverables tracking, and post-shoot organization.
- Delivery Manager: Upload, distribute, and archive final files to approved repositories and distribution channels.
- Accuracy Advocate: Ensure all assets, specifications, and supporting documentation are properly labeled, organized, QA'd, approved, and finalized before release.

WHAT YOU BRING

- Experience: 1-2 years in a marketing, creative operations, project support, production coordination, or agency role (internship or entry-level experience counts).
- Tool Readiness: Familiarity with Workfront, Smartsheets, SharePoint, or similar systems, or a strong eagerness to learn quickly.
- Production Awareness: Basic understanding of traditional marketing deliverables such as packaging, menus, POP materials, photo shoots, print production, and marketing collateral.
- Organized Mindset: A love of lists, timelines, status updates, and keeping projects neat, tidy, and trackable.
- Communication Skills: Clear and proactive communicator who can manage updates across multiple stakeholders and project teams.
- Detail Obsessed: You catch the small things (file names, version control, specifications, deadlines, and approvals) that keep projects running smoothly.
- Collaborative Spirit: A team-first attitude. You're dependable, approachable, and always willing to lend a hand.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE

- People-First Culture: Join a supportive, collaborative team that values growth and shared wins.
- Creative Exposure: Learn the inner workings of a full-service in-house agency and contribute to projects for six iconic brands.
- Career Growth: Build foundational project management skills with clear pathways to grow into Project Manager and beyond.
- Team Spirit: Expect kudos, brainstorms, and plenty of snacks along the way.
- Perks & Personality: Free ice cream, cold brew, and a beer/wine wall fuel the fun.
