Job Responsibilities
- Receive all incoming invoices (mail, email, and fax)
- Scan and verify invoices
- Process all invoices timely
- Assist to ensure on time payment of invoices
- Provide internal and external customer service
- Enter bank wire requests
- Apply pre-payments for monthly AMEX charges
- Gather and support monthly visa charges for employees
- Perform weekly audits of all incoming emailed invoices
- Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management.
- Follow legal policies as directed.
Job Requirements
- ## Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word and MS Excel)
- Good communication skills
- Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Skills
- Mirosoft Office
- Oracle eBusiness Suite
Education
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent education.
Certifications
- Accounts Payable Certification
Physical Requirements:
This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
