About this role
In this role, you will
- Produce creatives for every traffic channel (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, DSP, Google)
- Collaborate with designers to create visual and textual content tailored to each platform
- Develop and brainstorm creative concepts, from initial ideation to finalized execution
- Analyze competitors' concepts to generate new ideas and provide creative inspiration for the design team
- Research user behavior and funnels, identifying factors that impact performance and success
- Work closely with the user acquisition team and other departments (analytics, product, B2B)
- Analyze creative testing results and build structured reports for product and marketing teams
It's all about you
- At least 6 months of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on app and/or web projects
- KPI-driven mindset, with daily work on metrics like CPA, CTR, and ROI, and a clear understanding of how to hit and optimize target KPIs
- Experience creating detailed technical tasks for designers to ensure effective creative production
- Proven experience conducting competitor and market research and leveraging insights for strategic decisions
- Confident user of analytical and data visualization tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to manage a backlog, prioritize tasks, plan creative launches, and coordinate production stages
- B2 English level

- Hands-on experience with AI tools for creative ideation or production
