As a Manufacturing Engineer , you will support the plant manufacturing and technical operations while maintaining a strong focus on continual process improvement and optimization. A successful Manufacturing Engineer applies fundamental knowledge of engineering principles, theories, and industry standards and practices to design, automate, modify, or develop facilities, testing, machines, equipment, or processes used to process or manufacture products.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experince in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work on-site Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm with possible weekend coverage as needed by the business
- Strong understanding of Safety best practices in a manufacturing environment
- 3+ years driving process improvement
- 3+ years in manufacturing leadership
- The ability to stand for extended periods of time
