Logistics Specialist
Location: Doral, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Languages: English & Spanish required
We are seeking a bilingual Logistics Specialist to support import and export operations at a freight forwarding company. The ideal candidate has freight forwarding experience and is proficient in Magaya .
Responsibilities:
Coordinate import and export shipments from booking through delivery.
Prepare and review shipping documents.
Enter and update shipment information in Magaya.
Communicate with customers, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses.
Track shipments, resolve delays, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
Previous experience in freight forwarding and import/export operations.
Experience using Magaya.
Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple shipments.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $23.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
