CLA is growing and seeking to hire a Seasonal IT Client Support Analyst to join our talented Information Technology team. The position will start in December 2026 and last through April 2027 .
In this position you should have the following; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Most important, demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
How you’ll create opportunities in this IT Client Support Analyst role:
- Respond to chat support requests from CLA clients and Internal CLA members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic log-in and application navigation issues
- Log detailed activities, and track requests utilizing an incident management database
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team setting by sharing support experiences and issues.
- Cultivate a working knowledge of IT ticketing system and chat support
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
What you will need:
- Minimum 1 year experience working in customer service and providing IT support
- High school diploma or equivalent
