At Craft Tampa, we're redefining waterfront dining. Our elegant 121-foot European-inspired dining vessel offers guests an elevated brunch and dinner experience while cruising through the heart of downtown Tampa.

Docked adjacent to Sparkman Wharf, Craft features an open-concept kitchen, handcrafted cocktails, and chef-driven cuisine served against the backdrop of Tampa's beautiful waterways. Craft is looking for an experienced, hospitality-driven Server who takes pride in delivering exceptional dining experiences. If you enjoy creating memorable guest interactions, providing attentive service, and representing an upscale dining concept with professionalism and poise, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

- Deliver warm, polished, and attentive service throughout the guest dining experience
- Guide guests through menu offerings, daily features, wine selections, and beverage pairings
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Accurately enter orders and coordinate timing with culinary and bar teams
- Ensure food and beverages are served according to presentation and service standards
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu ingredients, preparation methods, and accommodations for dietary needs
- Accurately process guest payments and handle transactions professionally
- Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready dining areas
- Work closely with the service team to provide a seamless and elevated guest experience

What We’re Looking For

- Previous serving experience, preferably in an upscale dining, fine dining, or high-volume hospitality environment
- Strong food, wine, and beverage knowledge, or a willingness to develop expertise
- Exceptional hospitality, communication, and guest engagement skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
