Farrow Pest Control – Bradenton, FL | Plant It Earth - SWAT Mosquito – Sarasota, FL

Full-Time | Starting at $18.00+/hour (Based on Experience)

We are looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our growing Lawn Care and Pest Control teams in the Bradenton and Sarasota areas! Farrow Pest Control and Plant It Earth/SWAT Mosquito are seeking hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors, providing excellent customer service, and taking pride in their work. Whether you have experience in lawn care, pest control, or mosquito control, or are looking to start a new career, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Perform residential and commercial lawn care, pest control, and mosquito control services based on assigned position.
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other treatments safely and effectively.
- Inspect properties to identify lawn health concerns, pest activity, and treatment needs.
- Operate and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and application tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate treatment recommendations.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Follow company safety procedures and applicable state regulations.
- Manage assigned service routes efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

- Experience in landscaping or lawn care is a plus but not required—training provided!
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of performing laborer duties, such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver’s license required.
