About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the successful execution of projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing multiple priorities, and are passionate about delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day coordination and execution of multiple projects
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and a high level of responsiveness
- Coordinate and order materials required for upcoming projects
- Support the planning, organization, and execution of large-scale project initiatives
- Monitor project schedules, timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Maintain accurate project records, reporting, and documentation using Microsoft Excel and other business systems
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope
- Identify and communicate potential project risks, delays, or challenges

Qualifications

Required

- Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- ATM Rigging Experience Required!
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong client-facing abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Self-starter who is proactive, driven, and adaptable

Preferred

- Experience in project coordination, project management, construction, furniture, or related industries
- Familiarity with project management software, ERP systems, CRM platforms, or other business tools
- Internship, co-op, or professional experience in project-based environments
- Up to 5 years of relevant experience is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $38.46/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
