Production Supervisor (Assembly, 2nd Shift)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Leads teams on the production lines to achieve strategic operational goals and promotes organizational values to foster an appropriate work environment.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Participate in the different phases of new product development.
- Ensure rigorous execution of all processes applicable to the assigned area of responsibility.
- Manage daily activity planning and compliance with the production plan.
- Manage and promote continuous improvement through the use of Continuous Improvement techniques.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.
- Participate in the implementation and compliance of the QMS (Quality Management System) requirements applicable to the position in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
- Complete all planned Quality and Training-related training sessions on time.
- Identify and report any quality or compliance issues and support corrective actions.
- Comply with all safety rules established according to the responsibilities of the position.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND REQUIRED EDUCATION:

- Preferred English proficiency of 50%, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
