Schedule
- Fully on-site. Hiring for one location. 201 17th Street NW, Suite 900 Atlanta, GA 30363/4900 West Brown Deer Road Brown Deer, WI 53223
- Full-time. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
What You Will Be Doing
- Process account closing related account maintenance, fee processing, cash and asset distribution and statement processing accurately and timely
- Manage end-to-end operational workflows from intake through review, validation, processing, completion, and client communication
- Support account closing activities and administrative processes that may span multiple phases and stakeholders
- Communicate with clients daily to gather information, provide updates, and resolve operational inquiries
- Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure service requests are completed efficiently
- Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures
- Identify process improvement opportunities and actively incorporate feedback to enhance the client experience
What We Need from You
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience•
- Experience on the TrustDesk Trust Accounting Platform
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment
- Strong time management, organizational, and workload prioritization skills
- Experience working with account processing, account maintenance, or account closure activities
- Knowledge of operational documentation standards and transaction processing controls
- Experience communicating professionally with clients and business partners by phone and email
- Understanding of asset transfers, cash movement processes, and account servicing activities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in wealth management, private banking, retail banking, or financial services operations
• Familiarity with full-cycle operational reviews and client service workflows
• Experience supporting multiple client relationships with varying service requirements
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across onshore and offshore teams
• Continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to receive and apply feedback
