New Hire Orientation and Program Events

· Plan and execute Americas in-person New Hire Orientation events, currently held approximately three times per year in February, July, and September.

· Work with the Sales HRBP to align New Hire Orientation presenters, confirm session needs, coordinate schedules, and support a smooth participant experience.

· Manage logistics, preparation activities, communications, and follow-up actions required for successful orientation delivery.

· Support cross-functional coordination to help deliver a consistent, organized, and professional headquarters experience for rotators.

Required Qualifications

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, positively, and professionally with new hires, managers, HR partners, client stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

· Strong organizational and time management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple timelines, recurring program milestones, logistics, stakeholder dependencies, and competing priorities.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Webex, and SharePoint, including experience maintaining SharePoint content and stakeholder-facing program resources.
