Leasing Assistant / Tenant Acquisition VA
About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, driven VA to help a US real estate investor fill vacancies in her rental properties. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective tenants and will guide them all the way to a signed lease. Full training on the client’s process is provided.
What You’ll Do
- Create and post rental listings
- Promote available units to attract qualified tenants
- Call and speak with prospective tenants
- Pre-screen applicants
- Schedule and coordinate property showings
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into signed leases
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience required; a natural hunter and closer
- Confident, clear phone skills
- High-D (DISC) personality: decisive, results-driven, and comfortable taking the lead
- Self-starter who learns quickly and doesn’t need hand-holding
- Reliable and consistent
- Experience working with US clients and on US time zone schedules
Other Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as Virtual Assistant
- At least college level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficient in productivity tools (Google Workspace or MS Office, calendars, and project management tools)
- Familiarity with CRMs (GoHighLevel, Lofty, Follow Up Boss, etc.)
Technical Requirements
To succeed in this remote role, you’ll need a professional home office setup, including:
- Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps
- Noise-cancelling headset and clear microphone for meetings and client calls
- Reliable computer or laptop capable of handling multitasking and digital tools
- A quiet, dedicated workspace to maintain focus and productivity
