About this role
The Group Coordinator is a working lead who supports supervisors by coordinating daily operations, directing workflow, providing training and coaching, and assisting with problem-solving activities. This position does not have authority to issue disciplinary action or make disciplinary decisions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Three (3) years of manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong attention to detail, basic math, and reading comprehension skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications, including Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) certification, as applicable.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following required training and certification.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as business needs require.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and grasp materials and equipment.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to work at heights up to 35 feet when required.
