As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering complex power generation projects, particularly within the Data Center sector. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of complex project portfolios from order intake through final delivery and close-out.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all project activities while ensuring compliance with contractual commitments.
- Develop strong partnerships with customers and act as their trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project scope changes, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Monitor project budgets, profitability, invoicing, and reporting activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
- Contribute to project costing activities and support business development through lessons learned and customer feedback.
- Identify future business opportunities, renewals, and project extensions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, cost control, and delivery performance.
Profile
- Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Significant experience managing complex industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Experience within the Power Generation, Energy, Critical Infrastructure, or Data Center sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of project financials, budgeting, profitability tracking, and contract management.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decision-making in a complex environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to adapt priorities and drive results in a changing environment.
