About this role
1. Execute FX, fund transfer, and time deposit (TD) transactions.
2. Execute DCI and SIP subscription and redemption orders.
3. Process DCI and SIP maturity payments and SIP coupon distributions.
4. Process CBC media reporting, OTC reporting and tax reporting.
5. Support business units in processing promotional cash rebates and BANCA commission booking.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders—including Product, IT, branches, and CC—on projects and system enhancements relevant testing.
7. Prepare test cases; maintain and track UAT issue logs; conduct testing and retesting; and consolidate test results.
8. Review and update training materials and SOPs.
9. Prepare and update documentation for RCSA, SCSA, self-assessments, and PDPA reviews.
