About the role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – SCM Deployment to manage the delivery of SAP SCM implementation activities across assigned Central or EMEA regions or workstream clusters.
In this role, you will be responsible for project planning, cross-workstream coordination, stakeholder management and on-time delivery. You will coordinate multiple SCM functional and technical teams and help ensure successful delivery from planning through go-live and hypercare.
Daily Challenges
- Lead SAP SCM Deployment delivery for an assigned region or workstream cluster.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and RAID logs across EWM, Planning, Manufacturing, Finance and technical workstreams.
- Manage client and business stakeholder relationships and facilitate regional steering committee reporting.
- Coordinate cross-stream dependencies with Programme Level, GTS and Group Reporting teams.
- Oversee resource allocation and delivery across distributed SCM workstreams.
- Drive go-live readiness, cutover coordination and hypercare planning.
eXperience and Skills Required
- 12+ years of SAP project management experience with SCM or logistics implementation delivery.
- Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA SCM projects, including EWM, IBP, PP and/or Manufacturing.
- Strong stakeholder management, RAID governance and executive reporting skills.
- Experience managing distributed offshore, nearshore and onshore SCM delivery teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and SAP Activate methodology.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- SCM-focused SAP program management experience within EMEA or manufacturing environments.

We offer salary from EUR 3000 – 4500 gross per month. Salary can be higher depending on experience and skillset.
