Job Description
1. Roles Responsibility
负责按验收管理制度验收药品，并做好验收记录。
负责验收相关记录的保管和分类，如验收药品的资质、随货凭证、验收入库单等。
负责计算机系统中验收相关的操作。
负责验收时对质量有可疑药品的上报。
负责与仓储部门保管人员办理入库交接。
起草、修订药品验收相关文件。
部门负责人交办的其它工作。
Responsible for drug acceptance inspection in accordance with acceptance management procedures, and for maintaining proper acceptance inspection records.
Responsible for ensuring proper classification and safekeeping of acceptance inspection relevant records, including supplier qualifications, accompanying certificates, and warehouse entry documents.
Responsible for acceptance inspection-related operations in computer system.
Responsible for reporting any drugs with suspected quality issues identified during acceptance inspection.
Responsible for coordinating with warehouse custodians to complete the handover of drugs into storage.
Prepare and revise drug acceptance inspection related documents.
Perform other duties assigned by the department.
2. Qualification/Requirements
药品经营验收人员应当符合《中华人民共和国药品管理法》及《药品经营质量管理规范》等有关法律、法规、规章和有关文件规定的资格要求，不得有相关法律法规禁止从业的情形 。
药品经营验收人员应当具有核医学、药学或者医学、生物、化学等相关专业中专以上学历，或者具有药学初级以上专业技术职称，经过核医学及药学专业知识培训，熟悉放射性药品经营质量管理工作。
具有一年以上进口药品工作经验。
Shall comply with the qualification requirements specified in the Drug Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China and Good Supply Practice (GSP) and other relevant laws and regulations, and shall be under no Job Forbidden by relevant laws and regulations.
Have a degree of technical school or above in nuclear medicine, pharmacy or medicine, biology, chemistry or other related disciplines, or a primary professional and technical title or above in pharmacy; Completed training in nuclear medicine and pharmaceutical knowledge, and familiar with quality management practices related to the distribution of radiopharmaceutical.
Have over a year of experience working with imported drugs.
