CDL-A Regional Dry Van Driver | DOLLAR TREE - Olive Branch, MS
Join a dedicated regional dry van operation based in Olive Branch, MS , with routes across North and Central Mississippi and select West Tennessee markets. Earn competitive weekly pay with mileage-based compensation, unload pay, and potential safety incentives. This position includes full hand unloading , night driving, and weekly home time.
Pay Details & Schedule
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,300–$1,700
- $0.50 per mile on all miles
- $200 unload pay
- $25 stop pay
- $40 for loads under 100 miles
- $50 for backhauls, plus mileage
- $100 weekly availability bonus for eligible drivers who remain available 5 days per week with no service failures or accidents
- Safety bonus for eligible drivers
- Weekly home time
- Day and night shifts available
- Some weekend and holiday work may be required

Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Experienced first-seat drivers and trainees considered
- Clean driving record
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Must be able to perform full hand unloading
- Comfortable with night driving and backing in tight spaces
- Must be able to meet delivery schedules and safety requirements
