About this role
The MPD Wellsite Supervisor will work safely with rig contractors and operators’ subsurface disciplines, well systems and regulatory entities to come up with the safest and most efficient plans to apply MPD successfully.
- Ability and willingness to learn thru a structured development program which includes internal and external courses, external certifications and practical on the job training (both office and field).
- An accredited Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Industrial or Petroleum preferred).
- Experience in Managed Pressure Drilling over at least 7 years and 5 years at role as MPD WSS.
- Well control engineering/operations experience. Ability using influx management simulators.
- Proven English language communication skills required (both oral and written).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment (team oriented)
