Role Overview:
As Refund Desk Staff you will be responsible for the delivery of tourist tax-free shopping refund services and first level support during transaction processes, providing a consistent and professional level of service in line with company policies and procedures. You will maintain the client experience at a high level as an important step of the customer journey.
What you will do:
- Providing the tourist with full and high- standard support during the refund transactions, customized on requirements and case.
- Supporting clients throughout the whole refund process, collaborating with the Customs authorities.
- Maintaining customer experience at a high level to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicating with the main office and other departments in matters of daily business.
- Undertaking any general administrative task as assigned by the on-site refund manager.
Who you are:
- Ability to work in customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, team player and hands on mentality.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French.
- Additional languages like Portuguese, Arabic and Spanish are most welcome.
