About this role

What we do at Detectify

We’re Detectify, and we’re not your average cybersecurity company. We’re a team obsessed with building cutting-edge tech that actually makes a difference in making the internet a safer place. We’re talking about real-life hackers who know their stuff. You'll learn from the best and join a team that combines human ingenuity with automation to streamline asset discovery and vulnerability assessments.

For the past two years our product offering has grown rapidly. We are now driving innovation building AI native security tools for our customers' agents. A challenge is how we should prioritize and focus our effort on improving our existing products and continuing innovating in the agentic space. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company where your contributions are highly valued and you’ll get the chance to make a real difference and impact.

What you’ll get to do

- Oversee the full product catalogue and product strategy, taking responsibility for overall roadmap planning.
- Act as a compass for all our Product Engineers, guiding them toward high-impact decisions and priorities.
- Collect and share relevant data across revenue metrics (e.g., MRR, month-on-month growth, churn rate), product analytics (e.g., active users, retention rate), and user feedback (e.g., NPS, customer interviews) to paint the full picture for the team.
- Translate full business context, revenue signals, and market dynamics into strategic direction that helps teams focus on the right opportunities.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and monitor cybersecurity industry trends to drive product changes and feature implementations.
- Anticipate internal and external developments with broad business impact, actively contributing to product and company strategy.

Who you are

- Proven experience working closely with product and engineering teams building B2B SaaS products zero-to-one, perhaps even hands-on.
- Demonstrated track record of taking complex problems and breaking them down into clear, high-value problem definitions for execution.
- Strong passion for data-driven product development, short feedback cycles, continuous deployment, and experimenting to learn fast.
- In-depth understanding of agile methodologies, product discovery, and stakeholder management across technical and business functions.
- Solid grasp or keen interest in the cybersecurity domain and software security tools.
- A collaborative leader and role model who creates an environment that brings out the best in team members.
