Part of the Paramount+ EMEA Marketing team, you’ll report to the VP Media and Social.

You’ll lead a high performing team partnering with Media, Marketing, Creative and PR teams to turn our biggest campaigns into cultural moments, not just activity that runs, but activity that gets talked about. You’ll lead the total social plan, using data led creativity to generate buzz that drives commercial results.

The EMEA marketing team sets the strategic direction for campaign delivery across the region, partnering with local, in-market teams to align on planning priorities and championing creative that is distinctly, authentically local in every market we operate in.

What you will be doing?

- Own the growth of Paramount+ social presence in UKI and across EMEA, including through paid, organic, partner, publisher and influencers

- Set strategic direction for our full social mix, leading how we deliver best-in-class, integrated campaigns and activity that drive buzz and recommendation of both Paramount+ and our content

- Lead a data-informed social strategy for UKI, working with partners and platforms to build a social playbook and learning agenda that delivers tangible results

- Facilitate excellence and rigour in delivery of social output, nurturing a measurement mindset and a culture of continuous improvement across the team

- Own a measurement process for total social, creating and embedding a framework that assesses impact of all activity, testing and prioritisation consistently across EMEA

- Define how social insights feed into creative campaign briefing and development

- Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to embed social thinking into title campaign development, creating work with outsized cultural relevance

- Work with global and local teams to align delivery with global priorities while championing local cultural nuance and creativity

- Make it easy to share best practice, learnings and efficiencies in how we deliver across EMEA markets

- Build strong relationships with partner agencies and platforms to stay at the forefront of new opportunities, tools and research

- Partner with marketing and press teams to maximise impact from events, premieres and talent access

- Own the organic amplification layer: social creative, influencer and platform partnerships that extend creative work beyond paid reach

- Provide final sign-off for all social output, and be accountable for the buzz and share-of-voice it generates, not just its delivery

- Build a curious and creative high-performing team

What are we looking for?

- Extensive experience in organic and paid social media at a leadership level.

- A strong track record in integrated social management within entertainment or a culturally engaged product, gained on either the brand or agency side.

- Skilled at building creative integrated social campaigns at scale that deliver across both brand and commercial objectives

- Track record of turning marketing campaigns into culturally talked-about social moments, with demonstrable impact on buzz

- Experience managing Creator and Influencer programmes

- Curious and analytical with hands-on experience in choosing the right data and metrics from social platforms and research tools

- Confidence in directing and critiquing social creative, empowering creatives while delivering against objectives and brand requirements

- Strong people management skills, delegating with skill and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

- Able to work autonomously, setting priorities and processes for the whole team

- Naturally collaborative, and able to influence a wide range of stakeholders
